1.    What is Move78?
Move78 is a patient first, health ecosystem that allows users to access affordable, high quality healthcare from the comfort of home. 

2.    How does Move78 provide medical services? 
All medical services are provided through Move78’s affiliated medical practices, which are staffed with high quality, board certified physicians who are licensed in your state. Our physicians are able to conduct virtual visits through two-way live audio and video or through chat. No appointment is necessary - our service is intended to be used on an on-demand basis and our physicians are here for you 24/7.  

3.    What conditions do you treat? 
Our physicians are able to treat most acute, non-emergency conditions that would otherwise be treated in a doctor’s office or urgent care clinic, such as flu, allergies, asthma, back and neck pain, skin conditions, infections, and many more.

4.    Can my child see a Move78 physician? 
Yes! Move78 is for the entire family.  

5.   Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time. Your visit and/or subscription can be charged to any major credit or debit card. 

6.    Do your physicians prescribe medication? 
Yes. If our physician determines that a prescription is appropriate, they will be able to e-prescribe or issue a refill for most common medications, except controlled substances. Our physicians will always use their independent clinical judgment when making this assessment. 

7.    How do I get my prescription?
Move78 partners with an independent mail-order pharmacy that offers prescriptions drugs at discounted prices. You may elect to have our partner pharmacy fill your prescription, which will conveniently ship to your home, or you may request that the physician send the prescription to any pharmacy of your choice.

8.    Is Move78 secure?
Yes, our platform is fully secure and HIPAA compliant. We apply high-security standards to protect your personal information and your privacy. 

9.    What if I need care beyond my virtual visit?
If our physician determines that you need services outside of the Move78 ecosystem, a referral can be provided. Our services should not be used as a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, dial 911 immediately.
